New names on ESGA tournaments

The General Assembly has decided to rename two of ESGA’s tournaments

55+: ESGA Seniors Team Championship and Cup – there will be no change

65+: ESGA Super Seniors Team Championship and Cup (replacing ESGA Masters Team Championship and Cup

75+: ESGA Masters Team Trophy (replacing ESGA Super Masters Trophy)

We will soon start work on updating ESGA's websites with the new names

Masters 70+ or 65+ ?

In the last General Assembly (2019) it was briefly discussed a proposal to hold the ESGA Masters for players of age 65+ (instead of presently 70+).

The ESGA Board suggests an implementation already for the ESGA Masters 2020.

The proposal is sent to the presidents for a vote by November 30

Transportation ESGA tournaments 2020

In ESGA tournament in 2020 transportation from airport to hotels, and from hotels to Golf courses are not included in the fees. ESGA has received some questions from countries about support/assistance in organizing such transport

France and Switzerland have informed ESGA that they intend to offer transport solutions to countries that need assistance for transport. See ESGA WEB-site for updated information
