ESGA board and administration

The ESGA is administered by the ESGA Board. This Board meets at least twice a year: prior to the General Assembly during the ESGA Senior Team Championship & Cup and at the end of a calendar year. More often if necessary. The members of the ESGA Board are appointed by the General Assembly. The board consists of minimum five members elected for three years and are eligible for re-election until they reach the age of 80. However, a maximum of 3 mandates will be allowed. Exceptions for special functions may be considered. The board has to cover the following functions: President, Vice President, General Secretary, Treasurer, Referee, Tournament coordinator and ICT (Information and communications technology). A board member can have more functions

Besides the administration of the ESGA and its final approval of the three tournaments, an important matter is the investigation if a candidate new country complies with the membership criteria of ESGA.
