Tournament program
Sunday 16th August
- The participants will arrive at the hotel during the day.
- 18.00 Get together in the hotel Lobby.
- Dinner in the downtown area of Aarhus at your own (list of restaurants will be provided)
Monday 17th August
09.00 Registration of the team of players at the Secretariat in Lyngbygaard GC
10.00 1st tee off for the practice round, timetable will follow.
17.00 Captains Meeting at the Marselis Hotel
18.00 Opening Ceremony
19.00 Buffet Dining will be arranged at the hotel; alternative your team can go downtown Aarhus.
Tuesday 18th August
09.00 First day of competition – Singles Stableford – 3 balls
18.30 Gala Dining, cocktail and official dinner at Hotel Marselis
Wednesday 19th August
09.00 Second day of competition – Singles Stableford – Shotgun 4 balls
14.00 Prize Giving and Closing Ceremony – including buffet lunch for all participant in the Golf Club restaurant.
Ladies programme
A Ladies Golf Tournament can be arranged at Mollerup Golf Club (in Aarhus) upon registration.
Please send a mail to dsg@saaen.dk marked “Ladies 6-nations”. If you are interested. We will inform you when appropriate.

Hotel reservation for accommodation will be made for all players and non-playing participants.
Lyngbygaard Golf Club is a unique golf facility established in 2008 located 15 km (20 min.) west of the hotel. One of the best in Denmark. The course is 18 holes, par 72, 5300 meters, partly links golf – Lyngbygaardsvej 29, 8220 Brabrand, tel. +45 8744 1070, www.lyg.dk
Registration Fee and Payment
The Registration Fee is 895 € per player and includes all costs for
· 3-night’s stay at The Helnan Marselis including breakfast. Free parking
· Opening Ceremony, welcome drink in the hotel lobby Monday evening.
· Gala Dining (including wine and coffee) Tuesday evening at the hotel.
· Departure Buffet lunch at the Golf Club at the Prize Giving and Closing Ceremony, Wednesday afternoon.
· 3-times greenfee at Lyngbygaard Golf Club for the Practice round and the two Competition days, including
· range balls.
· A push trolley upon reservation.
· Secretarial assistance at the Golf Club, tournament Referee and DSG administration
Please note that, you will cover your own costs for dining on the arrival day Sunday and after the Opening Ceremony Monday evening.
Extra nights at the hotel, you should arrange directly with the hotel. The price will be 1.450 DKK per night.
Payment of the Registration Fee for your team – in total 10.740 € shall be paid to our account in Danske Bank – IBAN: DK8930003667322006, SWIFT: DABADKKK. Payments are due prior 1st July 2026.
The Entry Fee for non-playing participants is 200 € and covers 3 nights staying at the hotel with your spouse and all dining as above described. We ask you to pay for the non-playing participant in a separate transfer.
