Founded in 2001 with the Objectives to promote scratch golf, strong competition and friendship, amongst low handicap male senior golfers aged 55 and over.

Activity and member benefits
UKSGA holds various 36-hole scratch medal competitions across the Calendar year
Order of Merits are used select teams for the ESGA Team championships.
In addition, UKSGA plays matches as follows:
Sweden, Norway and Denmark (4 Nations) annually
Spain bi-annually
Scottish Seniors Golfing Society annually (65⁺)
