Icelandic Senior Golfers Association
History
LEK the Icelandic Senior Golf Association was established in 1985 and had been and was approved by the Icelandic Golf Association in 1986. LEK has during the years been responsible for golfing tournaments for senior golfers in Iceland. Iceland participates for the first time in 1985 in the ESGA tournament in Portugal and Iceland has participated in the ESGA tournaments from that time. LEK Iceland does not have a formal member list as all golfers 55+ are considered members. LEK Iceland has since 2018 joined the Icelandic Golf association as an entity within the association and is currently adjusting its activities accordingly

Activity and member benefits
LEK Iceland does not have a formal membership list as all golfers 55+ are considered members band we have a system of small fee donations to LEK from its members to assist with the finances of its activities
